Refunds

Last updated 26 October 2026.

If any finding we mark serious turns out not to be real, you get a full refund within 14 days.

That promise covers the $19 Proof Report, which is a one-time payment for one scan. Serious means a finding marked High or Critical. If that finding is not something a stranger can actually read, email support@getleakwatch.online within 14 days of the payment. Include the scan id and the finding id. Each High or Critical finding has a “Report a false positive” link that fills those in.

We refund that $19 payment in full through Stripe. We may ask which request you ran and what came back. A Low, Medium, or Info note is not this guarantee. A clean re-scan is not, by itself, a refund: the question is whether the original finding was real.

Monitoring ($9/month) and Pro ($29/month) are separate subscriptions. You can cancel them in the Stripe customer portal. Access stays until the end of the period already paid. Buying Monitoring and cancelling it does not unlock a scan. The first full report for a scan is the $19 payment, or it comes with Pro.

The operator is Rich Labs (Richlabs), in Canada. No street address or company number is published on this site. Questions go to support@getleakwatch.online. The terms point here.
